Job Description
Job Summary
Drive the Attorney General for both official and private functions as depicted by work scheduled; perform airport duties at VIP lounge; ensure that the car is well maintained and road worthy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive the Attorney general safely for both official and private functions. (including his family)
- Follow strict work schedules and report to the office after tasks promptly.
- Assist with the smooth running of the Attorney General through airport procedures and perform airport duties at VIP lounge.
- Ensure that the vehicle is well maintained, tidy and road worthy. Report any breakdowns and ensure that steps are taken to rectify the problems
- Ensure that driving license is valid and renewed as required.
- Ensure that appropriate materials are carried in the vehicle.
- Perform dispatch and collection duties as assigned the Attorney General.
- Be properly groomed and wear uniforms while on duty.
- Help with entertainment and other duties as assigned by the Attorney General.
- Updated and efficiently maintain daily log sheets/vehicle logbook.
- Performs related work as assigned by the Attorney General.

Job Requirement
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Driving License Class 2 & 5 plus a minimum of 5 years’ accident free driving experience.
- Fluency in English, French and Creole.
- Basic knowledge of car engine and essential maintenance.
- Mature, physically fit, well-groomed and clean and tidy appearance. Must have impeccable manners and be courteous and polite. Must be reliable, honest, punctual and be able to follow strict work schedules.
- Basic knowledge in protocol and security procedures.
