Job Description
Job Summary
The Strategy Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support and undertakes qualitative and quantitative research work to guide decision making and strategy formulation in support of SCAA’s strategic and operational plans.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis
- Conduct research on topics related to the business, strategy, policy and others as required and assist with preparation of reports.
- Gather relevant data and requirements to implement strategic and analytical tools and processes.
- Prepare written materials such as strategy papers, briefs, and position papers.
- Provide support to the strategic planning process
Strategic Initiatives
- Support qualitative/quantitative research and analysis required in developing recommendations and strategies that support the continued improvement of the organization’s overall performance.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, gathering relevant data, driving analyses and the development of actionable recommendations.
Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation
- Assist in the development of frameworks and tools for improved corporate performance management.
- Provide support in monitoring the implementation of the organization’s strategic, corporate, and operational plans, paying close attention to the set targets and KPIs.
- Assist with the coordination of dashboards, monthly and quarterly reports submission and contribute to the preparation of the annual report.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration OR related field
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong influencing/persuasive skills and an ability to build and maintain effective relationships at highest level
- Excellent oral & written communication skills with an ability to précis large volumes of often complex information, precisely and succinctly
