Job Description
Job Summary
- Responsible for the daily maintenance, repair works of the Institute buildings to ensure safety and functionality
- Responsible for conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Handle troubleshooting on building, grounds, equipment, furniture, electrical, plumbing and HVAC, review requests for service, and determine whether problems can be resolved in-house or will need to be outsourced
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repair and inspection

Job Requirements
Recognised qualifications and skills requirements for the post
- Apprenticeship certificate in a construction related field.
- Familiar with safety protocols and regulatory requirement
- Physical ability to perform manual labour, lifting and working in confined space.
