Job Description

Job Purpose

• Maintain correct stock figures to avoid discrepancies.
• Monitor SAP’s receipt of physical and actual products.
• Monitor and verify goods received vs goods issued in the warehouse FG.
• Checks for any outstanding transactions before the end of the month.
• Analyze, diagnose, track, and fix various operational system-related issues or faults with respect to the product.
• Able to escalate issues to supervisor-manager for resolution as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Control product issue against delivery note
• Daily reconciliation checks of stock and control accuracy
• Responsible to update file for local sales, hold product transfer document
• Coordinate with the receiving clerk & data controller for local sales
• Issuing of product going to canteen & fishmeal in SAP
• Reservation of packaging when needed
• Checks on damage product as per KPI
• Control over all product coming in the warehouse after receiving
• Should be acquainted with product configuration (e.g. unit of measurement of cans-cases, cases-layer and cases-container.
• Responsible for maintaining stock integrity and to assist in stock take

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements

• Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting) / A’ level
• Previous experience preferably in inventory control – 2 years
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, word-processing
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of rigor and integrity
