Job Requirements
- Proven working experience (Min 4 years) as HR Manager or HR Executive in recruiting, hiring, deploying and managing an organization’s employees.
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources administration and ethics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of Seychelles labor law and HR best practices, including GOP applications and medical endorsements relating to expatriate employment.
- Competence in creating, putting into effect and overseeing policies governing workers and the relationship of the organization with its employees
