Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Interview loan applicants and assist them in selecting the most suitable mortgage option
• Review loan applications and evaluate financial information including salary, assets, debts and expenses of applicants
• Calculate credit scores and verify applicants’ financial data accuracy
• Manage documentation regarding applicant loans and ensure compliance with HFC’s policies and legal frameworks
• Submit a detailed and completed loan package for approval

• Attend to all queries and requests regarding loans, providing clear explanation to potential borrowers on policy requirements and restrictions, terms and conditions of the loans
• Communicate with applicants throughout the loan process to ensure that they understand each step in the process, up to completion of the loan
• Collaborate and liaise with other institutions such as commercial banks, Lands Registry etc, where required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, or any other relevant field plus two years relevant work experience.

Or

• A level qualification or Certificate in Accounting plus three years relevant work experience.

Or

• Seven years relevant work experience.
