Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers to facilitate timely closing of loans, including preparation of relevant security documents for the customers’ signature
• Support with the verification of loan applications submitted for approval, ensuring compliance with HFC’s policies and legal frameworks, prior to approval of the loan facility

• Review applications in pending status and recommend the most suitable solutions to speed up the loan process
• Prepare and submit timely reports on status of loan applications

Job Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting ACCA Professional Level Member/Affiliate, Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Front Office/Customer Service, or any other relevant field plus two years relevant work experience.

Or

• Advanced Diploma in Banking, Finance, Accounting ACCA Professional Level Member/Affiliate, Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Front Office/Customer Service, or any other relevant field four years relevant work experience.

Or

• Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 3 Accounting qualification, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Level 1, plus four years relevant work experience.

Or

• Certificate in related discipline plus six years relevant work experience.
