Job Description
Job Summary
An executive position for Corporate Services Director (head: corporate services) is currently available at the HFC. The key focus of the role is to oversee, direct and provide strategic leadership, advisory and support service to the HFC with regards to corporate services.
Key Responsibilities
- A key member of HFC’s executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. Will be responsible to drive operational excellence and efficiency across all areas of the Organisation. Will have to play a critical role in ensuring, the Company achieves its strategic goals and objectives.
- To oversee all aspect of daily operations and work closely with other Managers to develop and implement strategies that will improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- To provide guidance and support to all Section to ensure Company’s goals are met.
- To play an active part in strategic planning as well as day to day operations.
- To ensure that the company’s core business functions run smoothly, enabling employees and leaders to focus on their specific roles while maintaining efficient operations.
Main responsibilities
The successful incumbent will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to the following:
- Formulate and oversee the implementation of strategic plans.
- Lead and manage the HFC team, ensuring the efficient operation of all corporate support functions.
- Oversee the development of a management effectiveness and leadership strategy.
- Align plans to meet business needs, achieving stipulated objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve the delivery of services across HR, finance, IT, legal, procurement, and facilities.
- Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of relevant policies, standard operating procedures, guidelines and processes, achieving compliance in line with legislation.
- Oversee the application of principles of good governance and legislative compliance to HFC operation.
- Oversee the analyses of service delivery gaps and challenges, define service delivery, operational measures and targets and implement remedial action strategies.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration plus 3 years relevant experience
Or
- Degree in Business Administration / Management plus five years experience
