We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join the Seychelles Financial Intelligence Unit in the above position.
Job Description
As a Compliance Officer, you will conduct risk assessments, plan and inspect reporting entities for AML/CFT compliance and provide guidance on AML/CFT/PF obligations. You will be responsible for conducting desk-based monitoring, drafting compliance reports, and preparing cases for enforcement actions.
You will also review documents, monitor adherence to compliance manuals, supervise high-risk NPOs and liaise with stakeholders. Important qualities for this role include analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree finance, business Management or related field and AML/Compliance certifications are required. Strong research and communication skills are essential to excel in this position.
