Job Description
Summary of Duties
Responsible for general administration and supplies for offices to include coordination of maintenance work, transport, stores/asset management, purchasing, upkeep of building & equipment and security services.

Job Requirements
Recognized Qualifications and requirement for the post:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field. OR
- Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field plus 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Administrative Officer. OR
- Diploma in Management plus 4 years’ experience as an Assistant Administrative Officer.
- *Driving license class 2 – ESSENTIAL
