Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Corporate Administrator to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their statutory compliance and timely filings. This role involves managing and coordinating client deliverables and maintaining high standards of service and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of statutory filings (e.g., annual returns, financial statements, board resolutions).
  • Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Compliance Oversight

  • Monitor changes in legislation and ensure clients remain compliant.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal advisors as needed.
  • Implement and maintain internal compliance procedures and controls.

Team Player

  • Work with a team
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Process Improvement

  • Review and enhance internal workflows and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and automation of routine tasks.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare regular reports on client status, compliance metrics, and team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in corporate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Work under pressure
