Summary of role functions:

Seychelles Commercial Bank seeks a dynamic and experienced Physical Security Manager to oversee all aspects of security across our facilities. This critical role involves managing major upgrades, training and development, liaising across departments, and championing a culture of safety and preparedness.

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
• 5+ years in a security management role, preferably in banking/financial services
• Hands-on experience with security technologies and protocols
• Strong budget oversight and project management skills
• Physical security expertise including access control, CCTV monitoring, intrusion detection
• Knowledge of security technologies, regulations, and industry best practices
• Emergency response planning and business continuity management
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
