We are currently seeking a suitable full-time candidate to assume the role of local Director, in line with recent regulatory requirements introduced under the Securities (Amendment) Act 2024, to lead and oversee the strategic and operational functions of our Seychelles entity.

Job Description
What You’ll Do:
As we continue to grow and strengthen our presence globally, this role of Local Director offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to take ownership of key business operations, drive performance and ensure the highest standards of compliance and corporate governance.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all activities of the company
- Oversee and improve operational systems, processes and controls, to support business process and client needs
- Supervision of the corporate and regulatory compliance of the Company
- Attend all board meetings of the Company and ensure that operational and strategic issues are discussed
- Represent the best interest of the Company and its shareholders
- Consider senior management actions and decisions by conducting regular review, at board level of effectiveness of the senior management and its internal control systems
- Ensure prompt, professional and efficient service to existing and potential clients

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Law
- Professional Certifications in AML, Sanctions, Financial Crime, Risk Management and/or Governance
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Financial Services
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Capital Markets, Compliance or Governance
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the position of an FSA-approved Director
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal regulations to which an FSA-regulated broker is subject to
- Fluent in English
Working Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 16:00
