JOB TITLE: Reconciliation & Assests Management Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Finance
RESPONSIBLE TO: Accountant
Job Description
Summary of Duties
The position requires strong expertise in accounting, reconciliations, and fixed asset management, along with the ability to coach and develop Reconciliation and Assets Officers, drive performance excellence, and foster accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team.

Job Requirements
Education (Special Knowledge) /Qualifications
- Diploma/Advance Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
OR
- ACCA Diploma Level 4 or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business Studies or Diploma in Public Finance Management.
OR
- A’ Level Accounting (plus 3 years’ accounting experience)
OR
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in accounting, including reconciliations and fixed assets management.
Required Skills
- Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workloads to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential
