- Role FiveComply is seeking to hire a Compliance Officer to act on behalf of Securities Dealers and VASP licensees within its portfolio of Seychelles-licensed entities. The successful candidate will assume a key regulatory function, overseeing compliance, AML/CFT, and regulatory obligations, while serving as the primary liaison with supervisory authorities and engaging directly with the Boards of Directors on regulatory and risk matters.

Job Description
- Act as appointed Compliance Officer for regulated clients in accordance with applicable Seychelles legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance AML/CFT, KYC and compliance frameworks.
- Liaise with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and other supervisory bodies in regulatory matters, inspections and ongoing supervisory engagement.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, including preparation and submission of compliance reports and regulatory filings.
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise clients on emerging obligations and best practices.
- Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and monitoring programmes.
- Prepare and present compliance updates and risk report to Boards of Directors.
- Provide ongoing advisory support on governance, risk, and regulatory Compliance matters.

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a Compliance Officer / AML, or regulatory role within a financial services environment.
- Knowledge of Seychelles regulatory framework (preferred).
- Experience with Securities Dealers, VASPs, or digital asset business will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet fit and proper criteria applicable to Compliance Officer appointments.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgement.
