Job Description

Summary: Ensure efficient financial management, budget oversight, and donor compliance for all PDCS projects, providing accurate financial reporting and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project finances, expenditures, and co-financing commitments
  • Ensure compliance with Government and donor financial rules
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and support audits
  • Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and internal control processes

Job Requirement

Skills & Competencies:

  • Financial analysis and reporting
  • Risk management and internal control
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • ERP and MS Office proficiency
  • Teamwork and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; ACCA Advanced Diploma preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management, preferably with donor funded projects
  • Fluency in English and Creole
