Position Summary

Seeking for Housekeeping Attendant who is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and contributing to positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public areas to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, and ensure proper presentation of rooms.
• Replenish room amenities and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly.
• Follow proper procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure trash and recycling are collected and disposed of correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas as required.
• Assist in laundry operations when needed.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Adhere to hotel safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality establishment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good Teamwork.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
