Job Description
We are looking for a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic island environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from award to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with Seychelles regulations and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, financial control, contract administration, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 8+ years’ construction experience
- At least 5 years managing large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of Seychelles Planning Authority procedures
- Experience with cost control, contract management, and FIDIC (advantage)
- Proven leadership and team management ability
