Job Description
Summary of duties:
- Perform arrival and departure services to the guests/clients
- Handle porter/shuttle service on arrival, on departure and during guest stay
- Viewing of units with prospective guests/clients
- Perform pre-arrival and departure property checks in terms of cleaning standard
- Perform pre-arrival and exit inventory checks
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout stay
- Arrange and manage check out and departure process
Benefits
Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience
Job Requirements
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position
- Computer literate on Microsoft Office products and related Property Management Systems e.g. Fidelio Opera would be a plus
- Must be prepared to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays
- Good command of English and French languages
- Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license
