Job Description
Summary of the duties and responsibilities.
- Load and unload passengers’ luggage.
- Safeguard and handle passengers’ luggage with care.
- Assist in transferring clients’ luggage between the jetty and the vessels.
- Maintain ISO standards effectively and efficiently.
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements
Minimum job entry requirements.
- Minimum S Five level of education.
- Ability to communicate in English and French.
- Reliable with effective public relations skills.
- Customer care skills.
- Satisfactory and relevant post -qualifying work experiences.
Personal Characteristics
- A team player with sound communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to comply with the company’s ferry Operating Procedures.
- Flexible with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Physically and medically fit in accordance with the required medical standards.
