A company engaged in Pest Control and Hygiene Services, is looking for reliable, self-motivated and dynamic candidates to fill the above position.

Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with some understanding of the hygiene industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and approach potential clients within various industries, including healthcare, hospitality, and commercial sectors to promote PESTEA’s hygiene solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights to drive product development and sales strategies.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PESTEA’s hygiene products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, providing insights into sales performance and market conditions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and Operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues, and foster long-term client relationships.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
