Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and safety practices
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement in most cases)
- Construction management
- Civil engineering
- Building technology
- Courses from technical schools or vocational institutes
- 5–10 years of experience in construction trades (e.g., carpentry, masonry, electrical)
- Leadership and team supervision
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Time management and scheduling
- Problem-solving on-site
- Communication with workers, engineers, and project managers
- Site safety certification
- Team player to assist with other work
- Multi Task
