The Housing Finance Company is looking for suitable candidates to fill the above position.
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer
Purpose of the post: To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to support the implementation of HFC’s strategic objectives, strengthen service delivery, improve operational efficiency and ensure effective coordination of key operational functions.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities Include
- Lead operational planning and translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including lending, credit processing, customer service and branch performance.
- Strengthen operational policies, procedures, performance monitoring and reporting.
- Support risk management, compliance, internal controls and governance processes.
- Champion customer service improvement, process innovation and digital transformation.
- Lead and develop operational teams while supporting accountability and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field, with a Master’s Degree preferred, plus relevant senior leadership experience in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of operations, credit processes, regulatory frameworks, change management and people leadership is required.
