Job Summary
Responsible for the preparation of authentic Indian meals for the workforce, in line with hygiene and food safety standards. Duties include meal planning and preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, managing food stock and portioning, and ensuring meals are served on schedule for assigned shifts.
