Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW
The Commis Cook prepares food items and assists the Senior Cook in preparing and cooking of meals. They partake in washing, peeling and cutting of fruits and vegetable needed for meals preparation, as well as seasoning and preparing ingredients.
DUTIES:-
- Preparation (Mis-En-Place) and assist in cooking of food including rice
- Participate in the daily cleaning of vegetables, fish, and meat
- Cleaning of the equipment used in the kitchen
- Assist in cleaning of the kitchen.
- Any other Related tasks
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Experiences Required
- Must have at least a Certificate in food productions
- Must have at least 1-year experience working in a food catering setting
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be flexible and a team player
- Must be hard working and physically fit to perform
