Position: Ticketing Agent / Cashier (Full Time)
Responsible to: Assistant Accountant / Revenue Controller
Location: Anse Major Trail
Working hours: Shift (8am to 4pm) with days off as per employment regulations

Job Summary
The Ticketing Agent / Cashier is responsible for receiving payments from customers and stake holders on behalf of the authority with the utmost integrity. Additionally, perform customer service duties. Must present a professional and friendly image.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- IGCSE in Mathematics, English, Accounting grade C or O level English, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent.
Or - 1 year satisfactory work experience in related field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Must have the ability to perform procedures accurately and methodically and be able to work under pressure.
- Basic skills with computer and other office machines (copier, credit card machine, telephone)
