The Seychelles Planning Authority (PA) invites tenders for the “Procurement of One Sub-Compact Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV)”
SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government budget
Project Title: Procurement of one (1) Sub-Compact SUV
Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.
Subject: Vehicle to be used for site visits purpose where secondary / tertiary roads are used.
Period of Delivery: Three (3) Months from the date of the award of contract
Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Planning Authority, Independence House Annex Building, First Floor, CEO’s Secretariat as from Monday 07th September 2026 between 9.00am to Noon
Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 11th September 2026 at Noon.
Submission of Tenders
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/spa-procurement-of-one-1-sub-compact-suv , WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER 2026. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE SUB-COMPACT SUV)” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.
TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. ANY BIS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
