The Seychelles Trading (STC), established in 2008 under the Companies Act, 1972, is looking to hire for the following role:
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall executive leadership in fulfilling the company’s vision and mission, while upholding its core values. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of integrity, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of business acumen in managing a large, intricate, and diverse organization. The CEO will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to customers in STC’s commitment to maintaining the availability of quality essential products at affordable prices throughout Mahé, Praslin & La Digue.
Applicants should demonstrate outstanding leadership and business skills, along with expertise in financial management, strategic relations, human resources management, and stakeholder engagement. A master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
