Job Description

Job Summary:

The NFC Tagging and Data Administration Assistant will support the implementation of an NFC tagging system across designated site areas. The role combines NFC tag programming, structured data administration, physical labelling, site visits and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will work with an NFC encoder, Excel databases and an online platform to ensure that each NFC tag contains the correct information.
• Receives the correct label, and is placed in the designated bag for its assigned site area.
• The role will also require visits to site areas to verify locations.
• Support the tagging process and ensure that physical tag placement corresponds with the database records.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Post Secondary Qualifications.
• Driving License (Class 2).
• A computer-literate, organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with Excel and large amounts of data.
• Enjoys structured administrative work, and can follow a precise process from database preparation → NFC programming → verification → labelling → bagging → site visit → field placement / verification → upload.
