The Seychelles Trading Company is seeking to recruit a dynamic, detailed-oriented and highly motivated individual for the above position.

Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Floor Supervisor Cold storage is responsible for supporting the Floor Manager and leading daily operations within the Cold store (Perishables).  The role ensures effective team coordination, proper product handling, temperature maintenance, inventory control, and strict adherence to Cold store SOPs for quality, hygiene, and safety.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cold Storage or perishable goods handling (including Meat & Frozen products) or a strong background in FMCG and perishables stock management.
• Deep understanding of temperature-controlled operations, inventory control, and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), stock reporting tools, and inventory cycle processes.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a physically demanding, time-sensitive environment.
