The Tyler Nicholas Foundation (TNF) is a youth-led nonprofit organisation based in the Republic of Seychelles, established to advance youth development, expand access to opportunities and support meaningful community action.
The Foundation works to create practical platforms through which young people can develop skills, access opportunities, participate in their communities, contribute to national development and take leadership in matters affecting their future.
TNF operates through a structured Board of Directors, operational departments, programmes, project teams, volunteers and strategic partnerships. Its work spans several areas, including youth development, education, leadership, community outreach, volunteering, careers and international opportunities, innovation and digital development, environmental sustainability, partnerships and civic participation.
Our Work
The Foundation develops and supports programmes, projects and initiatives that respond to the needs and aspirations of young people in Seychelles. This includes workshops and leadership development, community service, youth opportunities, volunteering, environmental initiatives, digital innovation, career development and partnerships with organisations that can expand opportunities available to young Seychellois.
TNF is also developing and operating several flagship programmes, including:
Seychelles National Model United Nations (SNMUN) — a national youth diplomacy and international relations programme designed to develop skills in public speaking, negotiation, leadership, research and global affairs.
FoodShare Seychelles — a community food redistribution programme working to reduce unnecessary food waste while supporting people and communities through organised food donations, volunteering and redistribution.
Project PULSE — a student wellbeing and safeguarding initiative designed to strengthen access to support, early intervention and student wellbeing systems across Seychelles.
Volunteering & Careers
TNF provides opportunities for individuals to contribute through volunteer positions, project teams, programme roles, administration, communications, community engagement, partnerships, technology and other areas of the Foundation’s work.
The Foundation seeks people who demonstrate professionalism, integrity, initiative, responsibility, teamwork and a genuine commitment to contributing positively to young people and communities in Seychelles.

Our mission is to build an organisation that does more than discuss youth empowerment — one that creates real programmes, opportunities, partnerships and avenues for young people to participate, develop and contribute.
