Job Description
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager, Speciality Business is accountable for delivery of Pestea’s termite management, fumigation, bird control and wildlife management service lines across all Seychelles locations in which the company operates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Termite biology and management: species identification, inspection method, soil treatment, reticulation, baiting systems, remedial and pre-construction treatment.
- Fumigation: gas selection, dosage calculation, sealing, monitoring, exposure period, ventilation and documented clearance.
- Building construction: reading plans, interpreting foundation and structural detail, and identifying construction conditions that determine treatment feasibility.
- Installation quality and warranty: setting standards, recording work to evidential quality, and diagnosing failure after the event.
- Regulated product knowledge: termiticides and fumigants, label compliance, import-controlled items, storage, transport and disposal.
- Estimating: producing technical scope, quantities and Labour estimates on which pricing is based.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
- Driving License (Class 2)
