Minor Food Seychelles Ltd is currently recruiting for the above position based at Seychelles International Airport
Job Description
Summary of Duties:
- Keep and store the ingredients at the proper place
- Order and prepare the ingredients and ensure it enough to sell (in case the Kitchen Manager is unavailable)
- Ensure the food equality is meet the SOO standard before serve
- Have a responsibility to decorate and check the plates (including grilled and deep- fried) before serve to customer
- Ensure the meat (meat and seafood) quality is meet the standard
- Always record the wasted stock and inform the Kitchen Manager.
Benefits

Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SHIFT HOURS.
- Secondary Education, Post-Secondary education in relevant field
- At least 1 year experienced in Restaurant or Hotel will be an advantage
