Job Description
Café des Iles is seeking a self-driven, hardworking, reliable and technically minded individual to take on a key full-time role in our growing specialty coffee roasting company.
This is a long-term position for someone who wants real responsibility and to grow with a premium, vibrant local brand expanding across Seychelles.
Position Overview
Full-time, permanent Roastery Coordinator. This is a hands-on role, not a desk job. Your time will be split between the production floor, client sites and the road, working closely with management.
In the early months, a large part of the role is production: packing, sealing and labelling coffee to a high standard. Client and technical responsibilities grow as you prove yourself.
We are a close-knit, dynamic team and we see each other as family.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing, sealing, labelling and quality control in the factory
- Maintaining specialised equipment and providing technical support to clients
- Building relationships with clients and representing the company professionally
- Managing logistics and client visits across Mahé, Praslin and La Digue
- Stock taking and inventory control
- Maintaining strict hygiene standards
- Supporting management across daily operations
Benefits
- Full-time, permanent position
- Highly competitive salary, with increases based on performance (we pay well because we expect the best)
- Salary reviewed after 3-month probation
- Full training in equipment servicing, production and client management
- Clear growth within the company
Job Requirements
- Self-motivated, able to work without supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and high personal standards
- Practical, technically minded and good with your hands
- Happy to do repetitive, physical production work and take pride in doing it well
- Reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their work
- Grounded, stable and with strong personal values
- Positive, friendly and enjoys working with people
- Outgoing, energetic and quick to learn
- Professional and confident with clients
- Loyal and committed to a long-term role and to growing with the company
- Willing to travel to Praslin and La Digue when required
- Physically capable of lifting and standing for long periods
How to Apply
Interested candidates should Sign-up or login to apply now or email your CV, a copy of your driving licence and references to [email protected], with brief answers to:

- Why did you leave your last job?
- Expected monthly salary.
Use the subject line COORDINATOR – [your name]. Applications without this subject line, or without answers to all four questions, will not be considered.
