Job Description

AQUA Boutique Hotel is seeking a reliable, organised and guest-focused Operations Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our boutique property. This is a hands-on role supporting daily hotel operations and guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in, check-out, and enquiries.
• Attend to room service orders.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other team members to ensure rooms and common areas are ready for guests.
• Respond to guest requests and help resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with daily operational checks, handovers and record keeping.
• Support the coordination of laundry and linen to help ensure timely availability.
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment throughout the property.

Job Requirement

About you

• You have experience in hospitality, guest services, or hotel operations.
• You are friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with guests.
• You are dependable, organised, and attentive to detail.
• You can work independently and as part of a small team.
• You are flexible and willing to assist across different operational duties.
