Job Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in AC installation, refrigeration maintenance, and repair.
- Must be reliable and manage flexible hours
- Must have a clean police record and good character
- Ability to work shift hours and under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
- Must be willing to assist with other maintenance tasks.
This role requires an in-depth understanding of the complexities of living and working on a remote island. Prior experience in such environments is highly desirable to effectively navigate challenges such as geographic isolation, local cultural dynamics, and adapting to practices to suit a unique operational context.
