PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – Fond Ferdinand, Praslin
The Property Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel and overseeing all aspects, infrastructure, and site upkeep at Fond Ferdinand, Praslin. The role supports the Operation Manager/Site Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing, maintenance activities to ensure that facilities, infrastructure, and natural assets are maintained to a high standard, remain safe for visitors and staff, and operate within approved budgetary and regulatory framework.

Job Requirements
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Diploma in construction, property maintenance or a related field, with proven supervisory skills
- Minimum of two years relevant experience in property maintenance or related field or a related field, including experience in supervising staff and managing maintenance operations
