The Securities, Commodities and Derivatives Exchange (SECDEX) is a regulated market infrastructure ecosystem located in the Seychelles. It is a multi-asset hybrid exchange platform which has a prime focus on trading securities, debt, spot commodities and derivatives contracts in both traditional and digital tokenised form.
The SECDEX Group business consists of:
(1) An exchange
(2) A central counterparty clearing house (CCP)
(3) A central securities depository with registry
(4) A digital marketplace
(5) A digital custodian – which is Africa and the East’s only fully regulated active digital custodian with clients already signed and significant AUM.
