Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the boats. Assist the Skipper with the boats operations at all times.
DUTIES
- Assist the skipper with all duties relating to the operation of the boats for the operation of excursions, char-ters and other transfers.
- Carry out general maintenance work and upkeep of the boats.
- Undertake wash down after use, cleaning, painting as per company schedule.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers during operation of the charter boats/GBB, ensuring that all regulations are observed, speed limits, safety drill etc.
- Perform head counts to ensure conformance with company policy.
- Report all incidents during operations of excursions and other transfers to the Senior Marine Supervi-sor/Marine Coordinator.
- Assist with all maintenance and cleaning of the charter boats/GBB whenever required.
- Effectively and efficiently maintain the standards of the (ISO) quality management system of company.
- Any other related duties
Job Requirements
EDUCATION (KNOWLEDGE):
- Certificate in Maritime Studies
TRAINING (SKILLS):
- Marine technique skills
- Roping Skills
- Customer care skills
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum one year working experience
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Pleasant
- Dynamic and able to work under pressure

- Punctual/reliable

WORKING HOURS
48 working hours per week on shift basis with one day off per week.
