Job Description
Preliminary Duties:
- Processing of invoices in the TIS for payment and raise LPO.
- Processing of payment voucher in the absence of the Senior Accountant.
- Preparation of monthly salary amendments forms to submit to Treasury.
- Prepare reconciliation between expenses codes/general ledger listing and Treasury listing.
- Collect revenue as and when necessary.
- Dispatch payment voucher/salary to Treasury.
- Upload of payroll and payment on TIS.
- Sort out and requesting payslip for employee.
- Maintenance of ledgers and appropriate records.
- Assist the Accountant with budget preparation and management of cash flow.
- Oversee the day to day operation of the Accounts Unit in the absence of the Senior Accountant.

Job Requirement
Recognized qualifications and requirements for the post
- Candidate with a Diploma in Public Financial Management/Business studies or equivalent qualification in accounting.
- Candidate with A level in accounting or advance certificate in accounting plus three (3) years as an Accounts Assistant.
