Job Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated and experienced Accounts / Admin Assistant to join our small, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record invoices, payments & petty cash
  • Prepare monthly business returns, including VAT, taxes & payroll (SRC)
  • Assist with bookkeeping & basic financial reports
  • Provide general office assistance when required (not the main role – dedicated office staff in place)
  • Work independently and manage tasks responsibly

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Relevant work experience
  • Organized, trustworthy & able to work with minimal supervision
