Job Description
We’re looking for a self-motivated and experienced Accounts / Admin Assistant to join our small, friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record invoices, payments & petty cash
- Prepare monthly business returns, including VAT, taxes & payroll (SRC)
- Assist with bookkeeping & basic financial reports
- Provide general office assistance when required (not the main role – dedicated office staff in place)
- Work independently and manage tasks responsibly

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Relevant work experience
- Organized, trustworthy & able to work with minimal supervision
