Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team. The role will include the promotion of the financial health of ACM’s clients and help accounting and finance professionals better manage their workload. Handle both financial responsibilities and administrative duties to your department functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Financial Statements, Tax and Annual Returns
  • Prepare draft Management Letters
  • Apply and Maintained Financial records and auditing procedures to ensure client records are properly prepared
  • Compile and analyze the work is accurate and available in time as per planner
  • Adheres to office operating policies and SOPs
  • Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in accounting or a related area.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounts software is a plus.
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
