Job Description
Summary of duties:
- Prepare payments (SCR / USD)
- Posting of invoices – PMS & SAP
- Assist with banking
- Maintain Petty Cash SCR /USD/EUR – Posting/ Recon
- Issuing fuel vouchers
- Assist in Vendor Reconciliations (EI VMA & Others)
- Processing of cleaning charges and maintenance charges and to charge back homeowners and tenants
- Update daily rates in Excel/SAP/PMS
- Assist with sending out Monthly Statement of Account
- Assist with homeowners’ query
- Assist with exporting Cable Bills
- Assist with the maintaining of stationery
- Assist with ordering water for the office
- Filing
Benefits

Job Requirements
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting and Finance
- Computer literate on Microsoft Office products and any Accounting Software
- Knowledge of accounting procedures and best practices
