Luxury Travel, of Talbot Cascade, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Officer.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Managing Company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Verifying invoices in accordance with contractual agreements
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Preparing statements and invoices for our partners
• Tracking and organising expenses
• Communicating with partners regarding billing and payments
• General ledger reconciliation
• Performing accurate filing and data entry duties

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting and Business
• Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience in the same field and demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks. Previous experience working with a Destination Management Company (Tour Operator) or hospitality industry is considered an advantage.
• Software Proficiency – Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets tools (Ms Excel) and accounting software (QuickBooks)
• Speak fluent English.
• Good interpersonal skills to handle partners professionally
• Have a professional appearance, a cooperative attitude towards being a team player.
• Are trustworthy and reliable.
• Committed to given responsibilities and able to work without supervision.
• Proficient in mathematics
