Job Description
The Admin and Purchasing Assistant supports the Estate administration office by maintaining records, registers and the filing system, handling correspondence, calls and visitors, and following up owner and tenant requests until they are closed. The role also covers purchasing under the LPO Procedure: sourcing suppliers and quotations, raising LPOs, tracking deliveries and sending invoices to Finance. The assistant also drives an estate vehicle to collect supplies, manages petty cash, and delivers and collects documents, mail and cheques, keeping a signed record of each handover.

Job Requirements
- Completed post secondary education; a certificate in office administration, business studies or purchasing is an advantage.
- Valid Seychelles driver’s licence with a minimum of 2 years experience with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative and/or purchasing role.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email); familiarity with Sage or similar accounting/purchasing software is an advantage.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good numeracy for checking quotations, invoices and petty cash reconciliations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Creole.
- Honest, reliable and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with occasional light loading/unloading of goods.
