Air Seychelles is in search of (1) Aircraft Grooming Coordinators to supervise the allocated staff and to ensure cleaning standards are met according to the SLA of the airline in compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Job Description
A summary of your responsibilities will include but not necessarily limited to the following:
- Accountable to identify and report safety and security-related occurrences and hazards in accordance with company procedures and local regulations.
- Ensure Groomers are on time, immediately, once aircraft is on stand.
- Verify that correct clock-in times are noted on timesheets.
- Track and report cleaning timings to the manager.
- Ensure Groomers complete their duties in a respectful, efficient and timely manner.
- Check and ensure that all cleaning standards meet the standard procedures and airline requirement.
- Ensure cleaning material are approved, correctly used and signed off, well stocked and controlled.
- Ensure the timely request for cleaning materials and equipment.
- Ensure that groomers are always in compliance with airline requirements.
- Ensure that services are signed off by the airline representative.
- Report any issue or incident that may result in delays or complaints on the airline, to the Manager.
- Prepare all reports for the section (delay, incident).

Job Requirements
Our Preferred Profile:
- IGCSE/ O’Level passes in English and Mathematics
- At least 3 years’ satisfactory service as Cabin Groomer.
- Customer service oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proactive with a positive ‘can-do’ approach and a result-oriented stance
- Good report-writing skills
- Knowledgeable on SLA/ Agreements
- A team player
- Ability to work competently under pressure
- Possesses a pleasant disposition
- Able to work shift and extended hours beyond normal roster
- *Or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
