Air Seychelles is looking for Aircraft Storekeeper to assist the Manager Supply Chain & Commercial (Technical) to effectively manage all the Aircraft Store processes in order to maintain an accurate, cost effective store system that meets all the regulatory requirements of SCAA, EASA and any customer NAA.
Job Description
A summary of your responsibilities will include but not necessarily limited to the following:
- Abide to all references of quality and/or standards that are laid out in different areas of service provision that meet the safety, operational and commercial objectives of the airline.
- Ensure accurate and controlled issuance of all approved aircraft materials and parts in accordance to company approved procedure, ensure software system update accurately and timely.
- Assist cargo department with sea freight custom (SRC) formalities, port clearance and transportation to airport maintenance facility.
- Supports aircraft maintenance operation to meet airline Safety, Commercial objective and on time release from maintenance (OTP).
- Coordinate with cargo for collection in timely manner for all shipments after clearance.
- Assist the senior and store auditors in managing inventory level to ensure stock accuracy and oversight on stock count as per financial requirement.
- Attend and answer to regulatory audits by competent authority and Airline operators.

Job Requirements
Our Preferred Profile
- Graduate of a post-secondary institution, IGSE’S (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics as a minimum prerequisite.
- Good computer Proficiency (Word, Excel).
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar role in a technical industry, Preferably in the aviation business.
- Good understanding of materials store experience. (advantage)
- General knowledge of Aviation. (advantage)
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Excellent planning and time-management capabilities with the ability to work under pressure and to short lead times.
- Organised with good attention to details.
- Good computer literacy.
- Able to efficiently work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Class 2 Driving License.
