We are seeking to appoint self-motivated, self-driven and self-disciplined hardworking candidates for the above position.

Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • In a live setting continuously monitor, supervise, direct and co-ordinate live terminal and landside operations.
  • In a live setting, provide input to Airside Control & Management Centre (ACMC) for the live management of airside operations.
  • Monitor operations of Praslin Domestic Airport, and provide input as required.
  • Coordinate and direct passenger flow using resources available towards integrated management, facilitating Interaction and Coordination between all stakeholders.
  • Communicate and attend to enquiries of both local and international partners by telephone and by e-mails escalating all relevant matters to the appropriate offices.
  • Co-ordinate with different departments to solve deficiencies in Airport Management System.
  • Update flights in Airport Management System (RESA) for live operations at both SIA and Praslin.
  • Ensure accuracy and validate data inserted and recorded in Airport Management System (RESA).
  • Act as Terminal Operations Officer as may be required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • A-Level graduate preferably in English & Math’s and or IGCSE.
  • Relevant higher qualification will be an advantage.
  • Industrious with excellent communication and public relation skills.
  • Working experience in airport related or touristic environment is also an advantage.
  • Must be prepared to work shift.
  • Computer Skills.
  • Good communication skills and friendly approach environment.
