Provide daily first line user support and customer service on airport services and systems applications, platforms and hardware. Provide support, advise on the appropriate action and if required escalate fault to respective Airport Systems personnel. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all Airport Systems hardware and accessories.
Ensure that all Airport Systems clients have the right tools required to perform their work efficiently. Lead, guide and supervise the work of SCAA ICT technicians related to Airport Systems assets and solutions.
Remuneration: The above post comes with an attractive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience, incentives and benefits.
