ALDABRA ISLAND MANAGER – Aldabra Atoll
The Island Manager is responsible for ensuring that Aldabra is managed in accordance with SIF policies, the requirements applicable to a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and approved operational and conservation plans. The Island Manager provides overall coordination of staff, logistics, infrastructure, welfare, visitor management, reporting and operational support, while working closely with the Research Officer and Head Office.

Job Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Management, Administration, Conservation, Environmental Management or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years’ relevant supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in remote or challenging environments.
- Good knowledge and understanding of nature conservation and environmental management in Seychelles.
